In the Intermediate exam (June 2025) conducted under the 2022 syllabus, 26,974 candidates took Group I, with 2,864 clearing it, giving a pass percentage of 10.62%. For Group II, out of 15,333 candidates, 4,664 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 30.42%.
In the June 2025 CMA Intermediate exam, a total of 9,998 candidates appeared for both groups. Of these, 864 cleared only one group, recording a pass rate of 8.64%, while 1,375 cleared both groups, achieving a 13.75% pass percentage. Overall, 5,491 candidates successfully completed the Intermediate course.
For the Final Examination (June 2025) under the 2022 syllabus, 10,503 candidates appeared for Group III, with 1,701 qualifying, reflecting a pass rate of 16.20%. In Group IV, 4,458 candidates appeared and 1,108 passed, resulting in a 24.85% pass percentage.
Out of the 3,493 candidates who attempted both groups, 478 cleared only one group (13.68%), while 651 qualified in both groups (18.64%). Consequently, 2,167 candidates completed the institute’s final course.
To qualify, candidates need to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50% in all non-exempted papers. Clearing all groups makes a candidate eligible for the CMA Intermediate or Final certification.
