The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially released the exam date for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate (UG) CBT 2 for the 2025 cycle. The test is scheduled to be conducted on December 20, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam can view and download the detailed schedule from the RRB’s official website, rrbcd.gov.in.
The city intimation slip will be issued about 10 days before the exam, likely on December 9 or December 10, 2025. Meanwhile, the admit cards are expected to be available four days before the examination.
According to the official notice, candidates must carry their Aadhaar card to the examination centre, as it will be required for biometric verification. Applicants who have not yet linked or validated their Aadhaar can complete the process on the official portal, rrbapply.gov.in, since it is essential for identity verification at the time of entry into the exam hall.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam 2025: Steps to Download the Exam Schedule
1. Go to the official RRB website
2. On the homepage, select the link titled “CEN 06/2024 NTPC – Undergraduate”
3. Click on “CBT 2 Schedule”
4. The exam schedule will start downloading automatically
5. Save the document for future use.
The RRB NTPC UG recruitment drive intends to fill 3,445 undergraduate vacancies, which include:
- 2,022 positions for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk
- 990 positions for Junior Clerk cum Typist
- 361 positions for Accounts Clerk cum Typist
- 72 positions for Trains Clerk
The notification also features the role of Junior Time Keeper, which will be allotted to candidates who successfully clear all stages of the selection process.
The RRB announced the NTPC UG CBT 1 results on November 21, with 20,887 candidates qualifying for CBT 2 from different regions. The board has advised all applicants to keep checking the official website regularly and adhere to the instructions provided for the examination day.
