The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the online application form for Group D Recruitment 2026 under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 09/2025. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form till 11:59 PM on March 2, 2026.
RRB Group D Recruitment 2026:
Candidates can fill the application form on the official website : rrbapply.gov.in. In this Recruitment drive, a total of 22,195 vacancies for Level-1 posts will be filled across various railway zones and production units.
Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed under Level-1 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) pay matrix. The basic salary is Rs. 18,000 per month, along with applicable allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), etc.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Class 10th (High School) from a recognized board.
- For some technical/trade posts, candidates with an ITI Certificate may also be eligible, depending on the post.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years (as of January 1, 2026)
- Age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/OBC and PwD candidates in accordance with the Government rules.
Application Fee
- General/ OBC/ EWS: Rs. 500
- SC/ ST/ PwD/ All Female Candidates: Rs. 250
Selection process
The selection process for Group-D posts will involve multiple stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency (PET)
- Medical Examination
Candidates should successfully clear all the three stages to be considered in the Final List.
